• Customs clearance of parcels notified via the ThalisUPP platform (Cyprus Post)
• Transfer of Residence (TOR) customs relief applications
• Vehicle import customs clearance
• Freight forwarding and logistics coordination
• Customs consultancy and advisory services

All Services are subject to a separate written or verbal agreement between P.Panagi & Sons Ltd and the client. These Terms apply to the Website and to general enquiries; specific service terms will be agreed upon engagement.

3. Website Use

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use this Website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, or that is fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive.

4. Customs Clearance Services

4.1 Authority to Act

By instructing us to act as your customs agent, you authorise P.Panagi & Sons Ltd to act as your direct representative before Cyprus Customs and to sign and submit customs declarations on your behalf. You confirm that all information and documents you provide to us are accurate, complete, and genuine.

4.2 Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about your goods, including correct values, descriptions, quantities, and country of origin.
• Providing all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that the goods comply with all applicable import/export restrictions and prohibitions.
• Paying all applicable customs duties, VAT, excise duties, and our professional fees promptly.

Any delays, penalties, or additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you will be your responsibility.

4.3 Our Fees

Our professional fees are agreed in advance for each engagement. Fees are payable upon completion of the clearance or as otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to hold documents or goods until our fees and any disbursements have been paid in full.

4.4 Disbursements

In addition to our professional fees, you are responsible for all disbursements incurred on your behalf, including but not limited to customs duties, VAT, port charges, storage fees, inspection fees, and courier costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services or this Website.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any Services shall not exceed the professional fees paid by you for those specific Services.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by Cyprus Customs, port authorities, shipping lines, or other third parties beyond our control.
• We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the informational tools or content on this Website.
