TOR Relief — Key Conditions

TOR relief allows individuals relocating to Cyprus from non-EU countries to import their personal belongings and household goods duty-free. Key conditions include:

  • The applicant must have been resident outside the EU for at least 12 consecutive months
  • The goods must have been owned and used by the applicant for at least 6 months before the move
  • The goods must be imported within 12 months of establishing residence in Cyprus
  • The goods must not be sold, lent, or transferred within 12 months of import

The Clearance Process
